Wowy and designer Pham Dang Anh Thu JoliPoli emotionally knelt on stage to thank the audience for their warmth

Recently, the exchange with fans of the song “Heaven” of “Old Vietnamese Rap” Wowy in Ho Chi Minh City was successful. On his personal page, the rapper shared his overwhelming feelings: “Love you guys. Thanks a lot. Wowy loves everyone. Very emotional, it had been a long time since he had been so emotional. Wowy loves you guys, Wowy cherishes the moment everyone spent time with Wowy, shouting Wowy’s name, showing passion and love to Wowy. Best regards.”

Besides, singer Di Bang also successfully auctioned the dress worn by designer Anh Thu to perform “Heaven” for 200 million, philanthropist Nguyen Ho Dang Minh auctioned the limited Gift Box movie “Ròm” for 99 million. In addition, there are also valuable contributions of many other benefactors because the Central region loves them.

Fulfilling the promise of giving shoes to fans when “Heaven” reached TOP 1 Trending on Youtube, during the exchange, Wowy gave a lot of valuable shoes and gifts to both fans sitting in the audience and fans watching online on the app. Many viewers said they were very emotional, thinking it was just a promise to play, but did not expect that “Old Vietnamese Rap” would actually do it.

Wowy said he composed “Heaven” inspired after attending Minh Nhua’s wedding party in 2013. After 7-8 years, rapper 8X accidentally met the Deputy General Director of the famous Plastics Company. Then designer Anh Thu called to invite Wowy to sing the opening song for his show “Kiss from the Cloud”. “Heaven” was remixed by the rapper and performed with Anh Thu on stage. 

After only a short time, the song with the soaring and sweet melody of “Old Man” Rap Viet has stormed all music charts, and become the most searched work on YouTube.
